1. Kinawley GAA Notes: Club Lotto Sunday 21/07/19. Numbers drawn were: 10, 11, 24, 29. No jackpot winner. Please support this important weekly fundraiser. Please remember 10.30pm deadline on Sunday nights. General club meeting this Tuesday (30th) that 9.15pm to discuss and commence the launch of the Cairdre Brian Boru initiative. We would like to see as many people attending as possible for this very important fundraiser to secure the future of the club. The senior men missed out to Roslea on Sunday but had a brilliant win over Enniskillen on Friday. This coming Sunday they're home to Irvinestown at 1pm. Erne Cup 1 Final is in Brewster Park 2nd of August at 7.30pm. Good luck to all involved.  Hard luck to the Under 17 Boys who lost to Enniskillen on Thursday. Next up is Lisnaskea at home on Tuesday at 7.30pm. The 'Gaelic Mothers and Others' football has started with fantastic numbers turning out. This will normally be held from 8-9 on a Monday evening.  The senior ladies play Devenish in the 9 a side at home this Sunday at 6pm.   Well done to the minor girls starting off their league campaign to a flying start beating Brookeborough. They meet Aghadrumsee this Wednesday (31st) home at 7.30pm.

Cairde Brian Boru (Friends of Brian Boru) - This initiative will be launched shortly by Cill Naile Brian Boramha/Naomh Mhuire Cill Laisir CLG. Over the next few weeks, a pamphlet will be delivered to every household in the club area. This will also be available online. The pamphlet will outline the developments that have taken place in the club over the last few years and our proposed future development plans. The details of our members' draw will be explained. The proposal is a donation of £10 a month with monthly cash prizes. All the money raised by this scheme will be used for future developments at our grounds. We are asking all our supporters, both at home and further afield, to read the pamphlet and consider joining Cairde Brian Born to help continue and build on the success that we enjoy as a Club both on and off the field across all codes and to contribute to the improvements of our facilities for the benefit of all the community.

We are delighted to confirm that a pilot course in conversational Irish will take place twice a week in the club rooms for six sessions. This will suit members from secondary school age u to adult and of all abilities. This will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-12.30pm. Please contact Marie Allen asap if you wish to take part in this program.

Saturday 3 August Family Fun at the Fairgreen Playground 2pm Childrens Fancy Dress. Bouncy Castles. 4pm Teddy Bears Picnic. Just bring your Teddy. 5pm Summer Orienteering Event. Suitable for all ages. Registration and event beginning from Trivia House. 9pm Table Quiz in The Stables Bar followed by Live Music.

5. Kinawley Community Hall Association: New draw and loyalty club - Kinawley Community Centre have launched their new draw and loyalty club “Supporting Kinawley CC” which will supersede the current Raise the Roof draw in October with the purpose of supporting the longer term sustainability of the hall.  The new draw is limited to 150 members and is open initially to "Raise the Roof" members until the end of July on a first come first served basis. Further information is available on facebook, by contacting Roisin on This email address is being protected from spambots.
