Erne Cup 1 Final is in Brewster Park Friday 2nd of August at 7.30pm. Good luck to all involved.  U17s are up against Newtown away on Saturday 3rd at 11am.

The 'Gaelic Mothers and Others' football has started with fantastic numbers turning out. This will normally be held from 8-9 on a Monday evening. 

Well done to the senior ladies who had a great win over Devenish in the 9 a side on Sunday. Well done to the minor girls starting off their league campaign to a flying start beating Brookeborough. They play Aghadrumsee at home on Monday 5th at 7.30pm, followed by an away game to Lisnaskea Wednesday 7th at 7.30pm. Well done to Paidi Drumm who was playing for Ulster U15s during the week, what a great achievement. Well done to Tricia Melanaphy who was playing in the GAA World Games in Waterford representing Australia. Her team Australasia won the final against Parnell Ladies of London which was played in Croke Park. Great to seeing Boru's doing well all over the globe.

Cairde Brian Boru (Friends of Brian Boru) - This initiative will be launched shortly by Cill Naile Brian Boramha/Naomh Mhuire Cill Laisir CLG. If you have family or friends living away from the area, please consider sending them this information. Launch night will be on Thursday 15th August in Kinawley Community Hall from 8pm to 9.30pm.  This is an opportunity for people to speak to committee members about the scheme and complete paperwork. The first debit will be made on the 3rd September and on the same date each month. The first monthly draw for 5 by £100 will be on the last Sunday of each month, commencing at the end of September.

Our Annual Festival will take place next weekend Friday 2nd to Monday 5th Our Golf Classic will take place in Blacklion Golf Club on Saturday 24th August 2019 We played Drumlane in the first round of the Intermediate Championship on Sunday last in Bawnboy and we were beaten. 5. A Healing service led by Fr Brendan Walsh SAC (Pallotine fathers) will take place in the Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Cavan on Wednesday August 7th at 7.30pm with rosary, holy mass and the laying on of hands. Enq: 087 2549960

6. St. Vincent de Paul: Helpline Number: 077 32222137. The monthly collection will be held at all Masses this weekend August 3rd/4th.  With the high financial costs for families with children going back to school next month, the society may be contacted by any family in need of help.

7. Little Treasures Playgroup Kinawley annual 5K and 10K fun run and walk is taking place on Sunday 25th August 2019. Starting at 11am Chipped time.  Registration from 10am on wards Medals for all individuals. Prizes in all categories  Kinawley GAA club is hosting their annual coffee morning on Sunday 18th August  in Little Treasures Playgroup Kinawley from 11am to 1pm. Proceeds in aid of Cancer Connect and SWELL- supporting cancer survivors well-being. 

8. Kinawley Community Hall Association: New draw and loyalty club Kinawley Community Centre have launched their new draw and loyalty club “Supporting Kinawley CC” which will supersede the current Raise the Roof draw in October with the purpose of supporting the longer term sustainability of the hall.  The new draw is limited to 150 members and is open initially to "Raise the Roof" members until the end of July on a first come first served basis. Further information is available on facebook, by contacting Roisin on This email address is being protected from spambots.
