Cairde Brian Boru (Friends of Brian Boru) - This initiative has been launched. There will be an Executive meeting at 9pm on Wednesday 28th to collate and discuss all paperwork received. If anyone wishes to join this new initiative and have documents signed, please call to Clubrooms at that time or contact a committee member. It will commence week of 2nd September.  The first draw for 5 by £100 will take place on the last Sunday in September.

Massive luck to our Senior Men who play in Intermediate Championship Semi-Final this Sunday with St. Pat's in Roslea at 5.30pm. Please come out in club colours to support the team.

The 'Gaelic Mothers and Others' football continues to be held from 8-9 on Mondays. Some 'Friendly' games have been arranged for this enthusiastic group.

Well done to Minor Girls who continue to be victorious. Underage coaching continues on Thursdays from 6.30 to 7.30pm. Good luck to all who has organised and have helped out in any way in the Annual Hughie Cathcart tournament. If any members wish to have their name in the draw for All-Ireland Football tickets, please contact Marie Allen urgently. This draw will take place at 9pm on Wednesday evening in Clubrooms.

The Club held a coffee morning to raise funds for 2 local Cancer charities. Thanks to all those who baked and who turned out in large numbers to show their support. Thanks to Little Treasures Playgroup who hosted the event for the Club.

Good luck to Little Treasures Playgroup who run their annual 5k and 10k on Sunday morning. Please support.

We played Belturbet in the second round of the Intermediate Championship on Friday night last and we lost Belturbet 2-17 Swanlinbar 0-08  We play Bailieboro on Next Saturday 24th August in Drumalee at 6.30pm Templeport will play Corlough in Saint Mary’s Park Swanlinbar in the Junior Championship on Sunday 25th August at 3pm

7. St Mary’s Primary School Killesher Friday 30th Primary 1 children only from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. All other classes return on Monday 2nd September.
